In this 4-week Meditation Class we’ll be focusing on quieting our mind, connecting to our Spirit Guides, and learning to embrace the peace that alert stillness can bring about.

While in this class we’ll be focusing on the spirituality benefits, meditation also offers a multitude of benefits for both mental and physical well-being. Meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and lowering cortisol levels. Regular practice can improve focus and attention span as it trains the mind to stay present. Additionally, meditation has been shown to enhance emotional regulation, leading to greater self-awareness and a more peaceful state of mind. All qualities that are so very necessary in today’s world!

Meditation doesn’t have to take hours each day. I’m a firm believer in short and sweet – once you find your way.

Online via Zoom meeting. DOWNLOAD THE FREE ZOOM SOFTWARE
