In this sea of unrest that many find they’re in, the feelings 
of loss, helplessness, and safety are of utmost concern. I would like to offer something that has always helped me get through trying times.

- I am still alive.
- I have the liberty to continue creating a happy world for myself and others.
- I have unlimited potential to speak and act in grace.
- I am a powerful being with the ability to choose how I act and react to situations
in my life. - I have the choice to not accept another’s karma as my own.
Many a time spirit have told me that the life we’re living is like a great stage play, and I suppose it is. The great stage play called LIFE. We all play our roles and after our life comes to an end, we then come to terms with how we played our role. Was our time spent on earth perfection, or do we need more time to rehearse? In other words, did we complete our incarnation goals or do we need additional lives to get it right? Did we create positive or negative karma that affected the lives of others?
Real power is found within. With that power, I have the ability to choose what to do and how to do it. I observe and honor how I feel. I remember my intention and know I am here to assist others in any way spirit deems necessary. I am NOT here to berate, belittle, or negate the feelings of another, yet I honor their right to their own personal choices.
What better time than now is there to promote acts of love and acceptance? While we are preparing for the love of Valentine’s Day, yet seeing the dis-ease and hatred all around us, may we all please step back before affecting others to ensure that what we emit is positive, loving, compassionate and promotes a feeling of safety. Grace, honor, and love begin with you!
