Hey there! Check out the latest Newsletter!
Greetings!
I want to take a moment to let you know how grateful I am for having you as a client. It brings me such immense joy, and a sense of fulfillment, knowing that the work I do for spirit makes a difference in so many people’s lives. I guess that’s what we all want… an acknowledgement that who we are, and what we’re offering as a contribution to society, is appreciated.
That being said, my hope for your 2016 is that you find your gift. Once you’ve found it, use it to help those in need. The need you’re trying to meet could be spiritual, emotional, mental or physical, just try to make someone’s life better – even if just for a day.
Here are a few ways to make your mark upon the world…
Make Someone’s Life Easier
You can help someone going through a difficult time by making other areas of their life easier. If your friend is going through a stressful event, for example, you can cook some meals for them or offer to pick up the kids from school, so they have one less thing to worry about.
In his How to Give Support Right article, psychologist Rodolfo Mendoza-Denton recommends offering “invisible support” that involves doing helpful things for the other person, without being too direct or obvious about it.
Bringing People Together
VolunteerMatch believes everyone should have the chance to make a difference. That’s why they make it easy for good people and good causes to connect. They have connected millions of people with volunteer opportunities. This may be your opportunity to realize how powerful you really are!

Years ago, when still in seminary, I was asked why I wanted to be a Spiritualist Medium and Minister. Almost 20 years has passed since then, but my goal and focus haven’t changed. My mission is to serve spirit so I can serve those in the living.
I see so much suffering and sorrow; I am in the business of death after all. Through serving clients by using Mediumship, my goal is to help them realize their deceased loved ones are still with them. Spirit know about the joys, struggles and sorrows of those they left behind, and are often with them more while in spirit form than when they were still living a physical life.

Meditation has helped me in so many ways. I always recommend meditation for new students or if you are trying to develop. I also recommend daily meditation for stress relief and relaxation among many other things. Here is a list that I found many years ago that may enlighten you to the practices of a daily meditation.
Here is the definitive list of benefits that meditation can provide you with:
Physiological benefits:
1- It lowers oxygen consumption.
2- It decreases respiratory rate.
3- It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
4- Increases exercise tolerance.
5- Leads to a deeper level of physical relaxation.
6- Good for people with high blood pressure. [Read more…]

The Buddha Says:
“Young man, be aware of these four good-hearted friends: the helper, the friend who endures in good times and bad, the mentor, and the compassionate friend.”
The Helper can be identified by four things: by protecting you when you are vulnerable, and likewise your wealth, being a refuge when you are afraid, and in various tasks providing double what is requested.
The Enduring Friend can be identified by [Read more…]
