I was exposed to bigotry. I know that what I do confuses people, and I don’t profess to be any one belief or religion. However, when it stares you in the face and you are its victim, it may make you step back a little while and think about your life choices.
I did a public presentation recently about how each of us will follow their own spiritual pathway. Each of us have a uniqueness to ourselves and our beliefs, given to us by God. After all, who or what do you think leads you in your choices concerning this and any other matter? Yes, we all have similarities, but we can also be vastly different!
So going back to the presentation, I mentioned that our spiritual beliefs begin at birth. Some of what we believe can be taught or dictated by the religion that we are exposed to during childhood, however, we also pick up little nuances to our spirituality throughout our life. Each and every thing that we are exposed to in our life affects what we believe and how we connect with the divine.
Your divine interpretation will come from your experiences. What you are taught may influence you to move forward with the same belief, or it may even repel you. Whichever action you take, you must believe that spirit is guiding you, creating you, molding you into that unique individual, that unique spiritual being that is YOU!
Trust that what you internalize is what you have been led to through divine guidance. In every action, in every word, in every deed, spirit is there, present, working in your life. To judge someone because of their beliefs is to take away their free will, which is God given. There is no right or wrong way to connect with the divine, and it’s also your right to NOT believe.
Once again, referring back to the presentation, people would accept me if I talked about Jesus Christ. However, when I began talking about speaking to spirit, many would immediately turn away. This behavior has me in a quandary. How can one believe in the spiritual depth of one thing and not realize the possibility of the depth of another?
There are many who were delighted about the presentation in my appearance at this large event, and these are the people I knew needed to hear what was said that day. They needed to know that their own personal spiritual path was being divinely guided. They needed to know that their loved ones live on in spirit form, continuing their relationship with the family and themselves, knowing without a doubt, that their loved ones remain by their side.
Their divine interpretation is that everything is possible in God’s world, which is also in mine. The mission of my work is to help people realize that life lives on, that the universe is cyclical, never ending, and that through God all things are possible.
Open your eyes to your own divinity, and realize things are not always as they seem on the surface. Below is a fun little picture. Stare at the four small vertical circles in the middle for about 30 seconds, then close your eyes.
