I’ll soon be taking another week-long advanced class in Mediumship at Lily Dale Assembly in NY. When I look back at all the classes and workshops I’ve attended I’m sure that I would have accumulated at least a Doctorate by now had I attended a traditional university as long. So when do I get to the point where I think I’ve learned enough and have mastered by craft?
When do you stop learning? Do you ever stop learning? It seems that I am perpetually on a quest to learn more about my craft as a Spiritual Medium and Psychic. There are always new techniques to practice in an effort to gain a stronger and clearer connection to those on the other side of the veil.
Spiritual growth is one aspect that many never consider needs honing. Some don’t even think about it being 1/4 of our very being. We work on the obvious – the mental, physical and emotional, but neglect the spiritual for what we may deem more important. For me, I can’t work on anything if I’m out of sorts – and that’s exactly when I need to work on my spiritual side whether it’s daily meditation, taking a class, or connecting with like-minded, up-beat people.
Consider what you can do to improve upon your spirituality. It doesn’t have to include religion if you’re apposed to that. It doesn’t have to include long periods of work on your part, but it does require that you do it often enough that you reap the benefits.
For me, I’ll keep taking classes seeking perfection – if it exists.

Spirituality is my base.
Reading your blog has reminded me of that feeling out of sorts.
Cleaning my house or car was the therapy to feel
Complete again.

Since I have opened and accepted my God Given Gifts
It’s a whole new realm.
I feel I am learning and getting one piece of the puzzle
One by one. Someday those pieces will make sense.
Analogy, I’m doing this big beautiful puzzle and I’m starting in the middle.
Where as I’ve usually started the puzzle by all the
edge and corner pieces.
Therefore your teachings are precious to me.
Your teachings are my corner and edge pieces.
You’ve completed your puzzle and are free to choose another.
I have always thought degree or not you are the Dr Lisa to teach all of us
Newbies and just think we may teach you something too along the way.

Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for writing such a moving comment. The puzzle is a great analogy, and one that I often use myself. I’m so happy that the puzzle pieces are falling into place for you.
When I was taking classes and developing my mediumship I learned so many things, but it was mediumship that was the glue, putting all pieces of the puzzle together. My wish for you is that you find your glue.
Blessings ~ Lisa
